  Deceptive pricing on tires: they claim a 10% discount on michelin tires when in fact they have factored in manufacturer instant rebate in the price. They even printed me a mail in rebate form that will certainly be denied. I tried to get them to price match costco but they keep weaseling out with various excuses like not accepting online prices, nor unofficial quotes. They also tack on restocking charges if I want to cancel the order, even though I have yet to receive delivery of the tires. Expect to be in line for hours for such poor sevice.
