  Beachcomber is a fabulous organisation with super post purchase customer care. I have in fact bought three beachcomber tubs and have been extremely satisfied. The installer of ours on a small island at a cabin told us to only get Beachcomber as they were so reliable and had easy parts availability. No complaints in that regard. I then have bought two tubs for different homes and each has outperformed my expectations. Costs are under a $1 per day easily due to their very good insulation.
  
  Best of all has been their warrantee and after sales service. We had a freeze up once and they instantly replaced the pumps no charge, and since then we have had a few minor issues with jets that also have been replaced for free and even I think after the warrantee period.
  
  When we installed the last hot tub it was in aright location and the cover did not fit because of the overhang so they made a new one custom built no charge.
  
  The service tech (Luke) and the rep I have dealt with (Jeff) have been unbelievably good and pleasant and really have made the whole experience of buying, installing and maintaining the tubs a pleasure enabling reliable use of the tubs.
